1. Thank God for His love for you.

3. I resist and bind every spirit of oppression and heaviness in the name
   of Jesus.
4. Let every root of spiritual heaviness and depression in my life dry up now
   in the name of Jesus.
5. Let the Blood of the Lord Jesus Christ close every gate I have opened
   to any spirit of oppression forever in the name of Jesus.
6. Lord Jesus, walk back into my past and heal all wounded memories
   and emotions.
7. Let God arise and scatter all that threatens my spiritual welfare in the
   name of Jesus.
8. Lord, direct and control every movement of my mind.
9. Lord, teach me to use all circumstances of my life today to bring
   forth the fruit of holiness rather than the fruits of sin.
10. Lord, teach me to use all disappointments as material for patience.
11. I resist and bind every spirit of fear, discouragement, self-pity and
    depression in the name of Jesus.
12. Satan, I resist you and give you no place or opportunity in the name
    of Jesus.
13. I claim deliverance from opression by the blood of the Lamb.
14. I Claim the spirit of power, love and of a calm and wellbalanced mind in the name of Jesus.
15. Holy Ghost, incubate my life with your freshness and refreshing
    power.
16. I cut myself off from any power supplying the rivers of sorrow into
    my soul in the name of Jesus.
17. I reject every evil command and demon-inspired spiritual prostration
    in the name of Jesus.
18. I arise from the shell of heaviness and depression in the name of
    Jesus.
19. I claim total deliverance for my mind in the name of Jesus.
20. Thank you Lord for setting me free from every evil work.
21. Pray in the spirit for about 15 minutes.
