1. I confess, repent and renouce the sin of unforgiveness, of allowing
   bad memories to poison my heart and my thoughts, of spiritual
   laziness and being insensitive to the Holy Spirit.
2. O Lord, cleanse my mind of every sinful and destructive memory.
3. O Lord, cleanse my heart and renew a right spirit within me that I
   might walk free of all sins.
4. Spend quality time to stand against the following spirits.
   Pray
   aggressively as follows;

5. You spirit of Self deception, loose your hold upon my life in the name of Jesus. I
   command you to be separated from me. I place the cross of Jesus

   other spirits in the mighty name of Jesus.
6. You spirit of Childish self-will, loose your hold upon my life in the name of Jesus. I
   command you to be separated from me. I place the cross of Jesus.

   other spirits in the mighty name of Jesus.
7. You spirit of Pride, loose your hold upon my life in the name of Jesus. I
   command you to be separated from me. I place the cross of Jesus

8. You spirit of Despair, loose your hold upon my life in the name of Jesus. I

10. You spirit of Religion, loose your hold upon my life in the name of Jesus. I

21. You spirit of Depression, loose your hold upon my life in the name of Jesus. I
    command you to be separated from me. I place the cross of Jesus
